The Master Bedroom, Walk in Robe and Ensuite proved to be the largest bedroom space yet (and we thought Kim and Chris’ room – The Block 2016 – was huge!)

Ronnie and Georgia couldn’t complete the winning hat trick on The Block with their ‘dream’ room.
Whilst the grand décor with touches of gold throughout is not to everyone’s taste, the judges did like the choice to paint the room a dark colour, as did we!

As far as judging goes, it looks like this series of The Block is going to be very close.
Ronnie and Georgia took out Guest Bedroom Week by ½ a point with only 1.5 points separating first and last place!
And we are thrilled, because CABINETMAKERS CHOICE supplied the WARDROBES in the WINNING room.

Stunning mosaic tiles, double basins, contemporary architectural sky lights, a $1,500 Blue Tooth speaker, a dramatic round bath (by the way – it’s a YES from us Josh & Elyse) – Bathroom Week on The Block 2017 had it all.

Experience has shown us that ladies love a luxurious wardrobe with all the bells and whistles.
The glamorous wardrobes and revolving shoe rack we did in the 2016 series of The Block are still talked about.
Our brief from contestants, Kim & Chris, was think “Sex in the City”. The judges admitted it was the ‘most glamorous bedroom they have ever seen in the history of The Block. ‘
Although your shoe collection may not demand a Carrie Bradshaw style bedroom, or a space that warrants a 10/10 from Shaynna Blaze, but you can have a wardrobe that is perfectly designed just for you.

It’s 11pm and the phone rings. Yet another change to the wardrobe design. Nigel Robinson takes it in his stride and prepares for the busy day ahead.
Being a tradesman on the TV series, The Block, is grueling and does test your patience as you battle for space with other tradesman swarming the building site. It’s nowhere near as challenging as the issues the contestants face, but nonetheless, it means working long hours and there’s definitely no room for error.
Geelong business, Cabinetmakers Choice was approached to design, manufacture and install the wardrobes for The Block 2016 contestants.
